Pool Department - Cedar County Memorial Hospital offers AQUA AEROBICS and AQUA ARTHRITIS exercise programs. Aqua exercises are one of the best forms of exercise, it's low impact on the joints, good for joint flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

- 2:00 PM ARTHRITIS ENDURANCE EXERCISE PROGRAM
- 3:00 PM AEROBICS - WINTER ONLY
- 4:00 PM AEROBICS
- 5:00 PM AEROBICS
- 6:00 PM AEROBICS
Classes are offered on:
- MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND FRIDAYS
- PRICES PER SESSION ARE:
- $72.00 - 3 DAYS A WEEK
- $48.00 - 2 DAYS A WEEK
- $24.00 - 1 DAY A WEEK
